Russ is an IT Manager and restaurant entrepreneur from Providence, RI.  Russ has both run in as well as managed multiple political campaigns in Providence RI, and is also currently Republican City Committee Ward 10 Chair in Providence, RI.  Russ had been extensively involved in the RI political scene for nearly a decade, and currently chairs the RIGOP committees on Campaign Education, By-laws, & Platform.  Russ holds a BS in Information Science and an MBA from Johnson & Wales University in Providence RI.
